 Finally
we
got it
- despite the icy
temperatures and much
snow, our sheeps
brought in
warm, newly-built
sheepfold their offspring.
Currently, five lambs
- two twins
and one single child
- frolic
among the ewes and
are already in touch with
people and dogs.
Our guests
are very
pleased. "That feels
like a towel, so beautiful
fluffy," is the unanimous
opinion of our enthusiastic
children who are
not more out of
the barn.

news from Ferienhof Gerda...
After nearly eleven
years our minipig "Piggy", the love of all our guests, did her last breath.
You can rather say: Piggy had a long, fullfilled life with a lot of
adventures at our farm. She got friends with our horse "Ravenna" with whom
she even shared her home and her food. For our two dogs Kessy and Kira she
was something like the "third partner", who even helped to get the horses in
the evening.
For the children and parents it was fun everytime to give her the rests of
the dinner.
We will really miss her. But she will have a part in our hearts.

We have got great weather right now! A
lot of snow and cold temperature - perfect weather to take the sledge. Just
like our guests right now: Family Bunte from Lenzburg in Switzerland who
enjoy their holidays in our house.
